Lynne began her Human Resources career in Colorado, by joining the HR team of NBI, Inc., a fast growing tech company. When the tech industry was booming, she moved to the Northeast and managed HR teams through 10 years of growth, acquisitions, and company reinvention at Apple Computer. During the following 5 years, Lynne designed and implemented talent strategies in the competitive aim to win the war for talent while serving as HR Director with Bay Networks & Nortel Networks. In 2002, she started her own consulting company.  Lynne partnered with Deloitte  Fast 50 growth companies like SMARTS (since acquired by EMC) and Acclaro, where there was a need to build capability and coach managers in a dynamic, fast company. Lynne recruited 150 software developers, sales managers and executives for SMARTS prior to the acquisition by EMC.   In 2005, Lynne was hired as HR Vice President for Reuters Americas and Global Accounts sales organizations. After managing HR integration for these groups during the Reuters and Thomson Financial merger, she returned to the consulting business and has been helping clients who are positioning for growth and leadership in their industry sector.
